Terms and Conditions of Sales

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern all services and products provided by Devoltage Training Centre cc. By using our services or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.
  2. Company Scope
    Devoltage Training Centre is a re-seller of Dromex PPE Wear and HellermannTyton HV Testers .
  3. Quotations
    Quotations are valid for 7–14 days. Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance and payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
  4. Pricing
    All prices are in South African Rand. Prices includes VAT & Delivery fees as per Quotation and /or final Invoice
  5. Payment Terms
    All order require upfront payment with no exception. 
  6. Delivery
    Delivery timeslines are estimates only. Risk transfers upon delivery.
  7. Product Warranty
    Products carry manufacturer warranties. Warrantee excludes misuse or unauthorised modifications. 
  8. Returns and Refunds
    Returns must be requested within 7 days. Products must be unused and in original packaging. 10% handling fee may be applicable.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    Liability is limited to the value of the products.
  10. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
  11. Data Protection
    Customer information is handled in accordance with POPIA.
  12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by South African law.
  13. Amendments
    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
  14. Acceptance
    Payment of final invoice confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
